We deliver exceptional consultation, coaching, and training services at Grounded Buoyancy. Our policies are designed to ensure a professional, respectful, and efficient experience for all our clients.

1. Consultation Services:

  • Appointment Scheduling: Consultation sessions are by appointment only. We strive to accommodate your schedule and request that you book appointments well in advance to secure your preferred time.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours notice will incur a full fee cancellation fee, except in cases of emergency.

  • Confidentiality Assurance: Our consultations are bound by professional confidentiality. Client information and session content will be safeguarded with the utmost discretion, subject to legal limitations.

2. Coaching Services:

  • Client Engagement: Success in coaching hinges on client commitment. We expect active participation, timely completion of assignments, and adherence to the coaching plan.

  • Formal Coaching Agreement: All clients must sign a comprehensive coaching agreement delineating the coaching relationship’s scope, objectives, and mutual commitments.

  • Ending the Coaching Relationship: Either party may terminate the coaching agreement with written notice. In such cases, a pro-rata refund will be provided for prepaid but unutilized services.

3. Training Services:

  • Enrollment and Payment: Our training programs require advance registration to ensure a structured and organized learning environment. Full payment must be made before the commencement of the program to secure your participation.

  • Participant Expectations: We expect consistent attendance and proactive participation from all participants. Participants must engage fully in all aspects of the training to gain the maximum benefit. Our programs are designed not only to impart knowledge but also to encourage active involvement and practical application.

  • Instructor Qualifications: Our trainers and instructors are professionals who meet the NBCC’s guidelines for delivering Continuing Education (CE). They possess the necessary credentials, expertise, and experience in their respective fields to provide high-quality education.

  • Course Content and Objectives: The content of our training programs aligns with NBCC’s guidelines. Each course is structured to meet specific learning objectives that contribute to the professional development of participants, particularly those in counseling and related fields.

  • Certification and Completion: Certificates of completion or achievement will be awarded only to participants who have fulfilled all course requirements. This includes meeting the standards for attendance, active participation, and completing any assessments or projects as required. Our certification process ensures that the learning outcomes align with NBCC’s Continuing Education standards and contribute to the professional growth of the attendees.

  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Consistent with NBCC policies, we maintain accurate records of all training activities, including participant attendance and achievement. These records are kept securely and may be used for auditing purposes to ensure compliance with continuing education requirements.

General Service Policies:

  • Feedback and Continuous Improvement: We value your input, which is integral to continuous improvement. Client evaluations will be solicited post-service to ensure quality and satisfaction.

  • Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue services, ensuring that existing clients are notified and accommodated appropriately.

  • Professional Standards and Ethics: All services will adhere to our industry’s highest standards and ethical guidelines.

  • Communication Protocol: For inquiries, scheduling, or feedback, please use our designated communication channels. Our team is dedicated to providing timely and clear responses.
